Yes, SourceDrive is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA. All data is stored, and redundantly backed-up, in a cloud hosting environment that is secured by rigorous administrative, physical, and technical safeguards.

Who uses SourceDrive?

Currently, there are 2 member institutions that use SourceDrive – Cedars-Sinai and University of Washington. However, that number is growing fast as the consortium has just launched.

Is SourceDrive a patient-facing tool?

No. SourceDrive was developed for study coordinators, administrators, and monitors to efficiently review and manage clinical trial documents through the use of electronic (or cloud-based) study binders and subject binders.
